How do I book a listing shoot?

Booking is simple. Click the Book Now button and fill out the property information, select your preferred date and time, and choose the package that best fits your listing. First-time clients can also create an account during booking, which will be used for scheduling, media delivery, and future projects.

How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?

Most photo projects are delivered within 24 hours. Video turnaround times typically range from 24–72 hours depending on the package selected and the scope of the project. Rush delivery options may also be available for select services.

Do you offer both photography and video for the same listing?

Yes. All packages include both photography and video services except for the Essential package, which is our photo-only option. This allows agents to choose the level of marketing content that best fits their listing and budget.

Can I choose add-ons like drone video or twilight photography?

Yes. Add-ons can be selected during the booking process to customize your shoot based on the property's needs. We offer a variety of add-ons including drone photo/video services, virtual twilight edits, and premium twilight photography. Premium twilight sessions may require additional scheduling coordination depending on timing and weather conditions.

What should I prepare before the shoot?

We recommend having the home fully cleaned and the landscaping freshly maintained before the shoot. Removing clutter from countertops, tables, and visible surfaces helps create a cleaner, more inviting look in photos and video. If possible, turn on all interior lights and open curtains or blinds prior to arrival to help brighten the space and showcase natural light.

Do you service my area?

All standard service areas are available directly through our online booking system. If your property is located outside of our normal coverage area, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know if we're able to accommodate the project.
